How does my joy bag works?

myjoybag works on surprise and we love to see beautiful expressions at kids’ faces when they get a surprise.

However, we declare each month’s products after 25

Where all can myjoybag reach?

We currently cater to major cities within India.

How do I get confirmation of my order?

You will get an email and SMS confirmation of your order at your registered email address and mobile number. Also, you will get a payment confirmation message from Paytm for the order amount paid.

When will I receive myjoybag after paying?

It will reach you within 10-12 working days of placing the order.

Are there any shipping charges or any other hidden costs?

Here’s the good news – there are no shipping charges or any other hidden costs on all prepaid orders. But, we charge a nominal shipping fee of INR 100/- on all Cash on delivery (COD) orders.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order at ‘my account’ under ‘my orders’. Tracking details will be available once the order gets dispatched.

How can I cancel my order or subscription?

You may cancel or change your first order within 24 hours of placing the order. For the same, please email us at myjoybag2025@gmail.com

You can also cancel an ongoing subscription (for next month’s order) by writing to us at myjoybag2025@gmail.com

What should I do if I receive damaged products?

Please check while receiving if the parcel is visibly damaged, kindly refuse the receiving. In case, you find the damage inside after opening the box, then please reach out to us with unboxing video.
